Abstract Submission
The abstract must be written in English. The template for abstract submission is available on the website. Reviewed abstract will be selected for either oral or poster presentation by the scientific committee. Final abstracts will be published in the conference program. Only online submissions are accepted. Submission by facsimile or mail or e-mail will not be processed. All abstracts must be submitted by the presenting authors.
Proceedings
Accepted manuscripts will be published in the SPC2010 conference proceedings by the Thai Physics Society as a special volume of Thai Journal of Physics. The manuscripts must not exceed four A4 pages, without page numbering. The manuscripts must be submitted in MS word document format. A format template can be downloaded from the website.
To facilitate the peer-reviewing process, please prepare 3 hardcopies of your paper and a CD containing electronic files of your manuscript submitting to the registration desk before 12.00 p.m. on March 26, 2010.
Instructions for Oral and Poster Presentation
Oral presentationsOral presentations must be prepared in PowerPoint format and handling by the speaker during the session. The total time allotted to each speaker is 15 minutes (10 minute speaking time and 5 minutes for questions.). All speakers have to check and upload your files before the presentation. PC-compatible computer and LCD projector will be provided.
Poster presentations
Poster presentations must be mounted on the poster boards no later than noon of March 25, 2010 in the position allocated. The contents of the poster should cover title, objective, methodology, result, discussion and conclusion. The poster size is 90 cm width x 120 cm height. The text in the poster should be in English.
Language
The official language of the conference is English.

Accompanying persons
Accompanying person who would like to join the SPC2010 for two lunches and the banquet, please register at the registration desk, indicated as "Accompanying Persons", to acquire your privileges of participating in our social events. The rates for accompanying persons are as follows:
300.00 Baht for lunch, a badge will be provided.
500.00 Baht for 2 lunches, a badge will be provided.
350.00 Baht for reception, a reception ticket will be provided.
400.00 Baht for dinner, a badge will be provided
1,100.00 Baht for 2 lunches, banquet and dinner, a badge will be provided.
