Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in a written-mail, an email or a fax to the conference secretariat. Cancellations before February 28, 2010, a cancellation fee of 20% will be deducted from the registration payment. No refunds will be made for cancellations after February 28, 2010, however substitutions may be accepted. Please note that all approved refunds will be processed after March 1, 2010.
